Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Period:

You have 14 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Request Form:

To complete your refund, we require a refund request form to be filled out. This form should include a brief explanation of at least 150 words about why you are requesting a refund. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products and services.

Re-Purchase and Refund Abuse Policy:

Customers who have a history of repeated purchases and refund requests will be flagged for review. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of abusing our refund policy. This measure is to prevent refund fraud and maintain the integrity of our services.

Exclusion of Bundles and Special Series:

Please note that bundled products, including the 'Future AI Lab' series, are not eligible for refunds. This exclusion is due to the comprehensive nature and special pricing of these offerings.

Processing Refunds:

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
